I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the bustling Bazars district. I loved being surrounded by heritage buildings and the vibrant energy of the area. Despite facing a lively street, my room was surprisingly quiet, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, including a powerful air conditioner that kept my room refreshingly cool and a shower with great water pressure. I also appreciated the free room upgrade upon arrival and the efficient services provided, such as laundry and luggage assistance.
Cannot find any fault.

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our city break vacation. The location was also ideal, being in close proximity to local attractions and entertainment. One of the best aspects was the option for laundry services after a long day out and about.
The furniture and facilities were sub-standard and in urgent need of update. The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard and we encountered issues with the bathroom and water supply.

As someone who has stayed in the bustling bazaar district of Karachi, I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location. With plenty of heritage buildings and a bustling atmosphere, you'll definitely get a taste of the local Pakistani lifestyle. the staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help you out with anything you need. Although the rooms and bathrooms could use some updating, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. the breakfast may not cater to international travelers, but that's all part of the experience. One minor flaw was the lack of cleanliness in some areas.

Spent Christmas at this mid, range hotel in the bustling city. Enjoyed the complimentary room upgrade and hassle, free luggage services. Room was comfortably chilly with well, functioning air conditioning and good water pressure. Reception staff were cooperative and friendly, quickly handled issues that arose during the stay. Conveniently located with easy access to shops and amenities. Great value for the price.
Cleanliness could improve, found some utilities in the bathroom incomplete and bed sheets were not completely washed with pillow covers. Although the hotel was situated in a vibrant neighbourhood, the noise level outside of the room was quite high.

We also appreciated the friendly and cooperative staff, who even upgraded our room upon arrival. The hotel's location in the bustling Bazars district provided an immersive experience of the local culture. We found the room to be relatively quiet despite being on a busy street. Despite a few shortcomings, we would recommend this hotel.

Lovely romantic escape in vibrant city location, just a stone's throw away from bustling shopping district. Staff was always accommodating and welcoming with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious and comfy room. The AC was fantastic and much needed in the hot summer weather. Room service was fast and the food was delicious.
Bathroom needs refurbishing, the fittings were outdated and the water pressure was inconsistent. Also, the towels were a little old and rough.
